这公司的季报披露不详细。
预收帐款很高，一季度已有9个亿，偶无法确认是不是当年结转（一般一，两年内结转入主营），要不进去就咬一口。
深天健要清楚些，就咬了天健。
今天洗盘的可能性大，下半年的业 ...

房地产企业的业绩要看当年预收帐款，如果当年结转（交楼时才可确认收入），年底前业绩会很好。
季报亏损都不怕。
同样的有000006、000042、000090，还有其它的房地产企业。

消息1：明天人民日报将要出社论，是关于加强风险防范的社论。但是不能保证明天能发出来，管理层的决定经常会变，这篇社论本来是昨天的，前天晚上撤掉的，但昨天晚上高层领导在此对股市放重话，有人着急了，准备明天登报
消息2：央行五一宣布加息，五九执行，幅度较大。文件已形成，正在上报中央金融委批准。
消息3：节后会重拳处理违规券商、机构（含基金）、上市公司和个人。
有消息称，明天或者后天人民日报出重头文章给股市降温
明天下跌一点，后应该拉起创新高，反正没危险。
