公司3月21日发布公告，国家有关部门及纽交所已同意公司分拆子公司天威英利赴纽交所上市的计划，发行比例拟定为20%。考虑IPO前增资扩股及IPO的影响，公司持有天威英利的股权将相应地由51.5%摊薄至45.9%及38.25%。具有关专家分析，以天威英利06年实现2.5亿元净利润计算，其市值将高达125亿人民币，按照G天威持有38.25%的股权计算，天威英利贡献的市值为47.81亿元。

【假想三】：当然，更大胆一点设想，08年是奥运年，今年股改有望完成，如果中国股市在2007年结束5年熊市，启动大牛行情，则550必成市场龙头之一。大家都应该知道这样的价格形成公式：行情弱势中→股票价格＝内在价值＋悲观预期（贴水）；行情强势中→股票价格＝内在价值＋乐观预期（泡沫）；而龙头股的价格则是价值＋成长＋概念＋激情，到那时，它的价格定位会是如何？
【假想四】：并购是证券市场永恒的题材。在外资不断进入中国资本市场的大背景下，国际视野下的G天威一定是股权争夺的焦点，而全流通的实现引爆二级市场购并大战的可能性急遽增加！不是吗，目前G天威总市值只有40亿元人民币，仅为无锡尚德（目前35美元）市值的1/10！而且，如果购入1000股G天威，就等于同时持有116股天威英利，330股新光硅业，姑且忽略G天威的大型输变电设备国内龙头这一事实，单就这两家公司而言，可都是令国际投行大鳄们垂涎的肥肉呀。到那时，G天威的股价又将如何定位呢？
【假想五】：如果这几年中国政府从世界各国不断重视太阳能产业的发展和取得的成绩中意识到危机的严重性，而政策上大力扶持太阳能光伏产业，从而激活我国市场的巨大需求的话，像G天威这样的国际领先企业将会得到无限的发展空间。

South Florida Business Journal - 1:05 PM EDT Tuesday
Florida Power & Light Co. said it has picked a site in Sarasota for its first solar array.
The Juno Beach-based electric company said Rothenbach Park is on Bee Ridge Road, east of I-75.
FP&L said Sarasota County owns the park. The utility also said the Sarasota Board of County
Commissioners approved the location for the site pending final permitting.
The 250-kilowatt solar array is to be known as the FPL Solar Array at Rothenbach Park.
The company said the new solar facility will be the largest solar array in Florida and one of the largest
in the southeast. The 1,200 photovoltaic solar panels are each about 31 inches wide
and 63 inches long. The entire facility is to be more than 28,000 square feet, or about half the size
of a football field.
"We sought a location that had ground site large enough for 250 kilowatts of photovoltaic panels,"
said Jeff Bartel, vice president of external affairs for FP&L. "We relied on input from the county to
choose this location. Sarasota County officials have a strong environmental commitment and we are
excited about the prospect of utilizing a closed landfill for a solar facility."
FP&L predicted the solar facility will prevent more than 680,000 pounds of carbon
dioxide from entering the air each year.
To put the numbers in perspective, FP&L said that savings is equivalent to not driving nearly
761,000 miles a year or not making the 460-mile round-trip from Sarasota to Miami about 1,600 times
or not making the 2,600-mile round-trip from Sarasota to New York about 290 times.
Construction on the new solar facility is to begin this summer.
Rothenbach Park is also the location of the closed Bee Ridge Landfill. The solar array is to be
mounted ground level and visible from the road.
The project is FP&L's first through its Sunshine Energy program, a voluntary green power choice for
FP&L residential customers who want to support cleaner, renewable electric generation.
An element of the Sunshine Energy program is FP&L's commitment to build renewable facilities in
Florida.
Nearly 24,000 participants have voluntarily signed up for Sunshine Energy since FP&L launched the
renewable energy program two years ago.
When customers enroll in the program, they pay $9.75 more each month as part of their FP&L bill
to ensure 1,000 kilowatt-hours of cleaner electricity is produced by generators serving Florida and
other states nationwide.
